Next RAMA event - Nov 17th - How to Measure Social Media Using Key Conversation Indicators

David Berkowitz On November 17, we’re hosting a breakfast with David Berkowitz, Director of Emerging Media and Client Strategy at 360i, a digital marketing agency. David will be continuing our series on Social Media Marketing and sharing insights on ways to measure social media and the “Key Conversation Indicators” that his agency uses with their clients. David is also a columnist for MediaPost’s Social Media Insider.

Registration for this event is now open here.

Some of David's key talking points will be:

    • Brand health scorecards that show social media buzz volume, brand sentiment, and most buzzed categories.
    • Persona development, and how to quantify a marketer's target audience in a few streamlined visuals.
    • Where conversations are coming from, and how post and impression volume can differ.
    • How conversation analysis can match up to various stages of the purchase funnel.
    • Combining sentiment and conversation subject volume to gain a deeper understanding of consumers emotional responses to brands.
